Well, the Organic Adventurer picked a fine time to leave town! The end of June was an important time for several issues related to the conservation of our water resources, the safety of our food system and more. So we offer a few resources where people can get up to speed about these issues. (P.S. [...] We’re at the tail end of poop month(s), which is appropriate because we’re going to wrap up with a couple of dog-related posts. Dogs are wonderful companions who provide years of unconditional love. They also produce a lot of waste; with a large breed like a Great Dane, make that a LOT of waste! Everyone [...] The Organic Adventurer will be speaking on Thursday, February 23, at Jones College in Jacksonville, FL! I’ll be speaking (hopefully participating in a discussion, really) about a variety of environmental issues: recycling, one’s carbon footprint, organic gardening, alternative energy, climate change and environmental cleanups.
